Kerrie is the Managing Director of the small business solutions company Foundational Business Pty Ltd. She has worked with micro and small business owners helping them grow their businesses for over 10 years as a business consultant through the companies service divisions the Foundational Business Centre, Foundational Business Consulting, Foundational Non Profit Consulting and Foundational Retail Consulting.
Prior to starting her own business, her career in large corporates included senior management roles for PwC Australia, MCI Worldcom, AAPT and Optus.
Kerrie is passionate about business and community connection, she is Deputy Chairperson of the Sydney Hills Business Chamber and actively involved in local BNI groups, and serves on the board of charity organisation Men In Action Inc, and runs the Bring A Mate project.

Schon Condon is the Managing Principal of the Condon Advisory Group.
Schon has a career spanning over 40 years in Accounting focusing on Financial, Operational, Sustainability and Management advice to help businesses during times of growth, stabilisation and difficulty. He is well recognised within the profession as a leading advisor and media spokesperson. His professional role has seen him in numerous leadership and command roles including President of the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce, Chair of CPA Public Practice Committee, Chairman Hawkesbury Business Connection and President of the Royal Australian Artillery Association of NSW Inc.
Schon holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Canberra. He is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants ANZ, Institute of Public Accountants, CPA Australia, and former member of the State and National Public Practice committees, Taxation Institute of Australia, Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Member of the Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners. In addition, Schon is a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army and has maintained an active Army Reserve career, including being a former Commanding Officer of 23rd Field Regiment, Royal Regiment of Australian Artillery.

Nigel is a highly experienced company director and business advisor. His current roles include a Councillor with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD); independent director at the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and a non-executive director for the Australian Institute of Music (AIM). He has been managing his home-based business for the past 20 years in Sydney, Adelaide and in Santa Ana, Southern California, USA. He is a commercialisation advisor to a number of companies on the East Coast of Australia, mainly in the technology sector. He also worked for several years as an Advisor in technology commercialisation to the Federal Government. In this role he assisted start-up and small companies with government grants and also provided corporate advice on fund raising, go to market strategies, value proposition and governance and advisory structures.
Nigel has an extensive corporate career spaning over 40 years. He holds a degree in Cybernetics and Mathematics and spent nearly 10 years working in the Royal Navy and in intelligence in the UK during the cold war. He came to Australia in the early 1980’s and quickly established a career in the software industry at senior executive levels before developing a Native Title system in Fiji in 1987 during the coup. Upon returning to Australia he started his first start-up business (now standing at 16 start-ups) which grew quickly from just one person to a company of 140 people and a $50M order book before selling in the 1990’s. He was then appointed as the General Manager Defence and Deputy Managing Director at BAE Systems before several other roles at managing director level, including an ASX200 company. In the early 2000’s he moved into private equity, venture capital and has since grown a portfolio of companies in Australia and the USA.
Jo Bromilow is the Owner and Director of J Bromilow CHAMP Enterprises Pty Ltd, a successful Bookkeeping and administration business founded in New South Wales’ lower Blue Mountains 21 years ago. She leads a team of five dedicated, experienced and professional staff, and CHAMP has evolved into a well-established and well known boutique agency focusing on bookkeeping, payroll and childcare management and small business. Jo’s dedication to providing the highest quality of service to her valued clients can be demonstrated by the wide demographic of clients who can be found locally, interstate and internationally.
Jo is passionate about supporting her local community and working with small businesses from start-up to maturity.
